About REFA

INTRODUCTION

REFA’s objective is to improve competitiveness, efficiency of production and service enterprises through their productivity increase and amelioration of working conditions for the people employed. REFA’s profile includes trainings and consulting for professionals and management, especially middle management in all areas of industrial production and services. Uniform nomenclature of REFA methodology in range of company organization facilitates the international transfer of know-how. REFA education is based on modular trainings structure. It consists of 300 modules. Modular trainings structure makes possible elastic adaptation of education to institution and workers needs.

Trainings carried out in Poland have the same high quality, as the trainings organized in Germany and in 23 different countries all around the world.

Today REFA in Poland has:

• 57 trainers licensed by REFA Bundesverband e.V.;
• over 130 REFA training modules in polish;
• over 1000 sides of original REFA training materials in polish (the practical examples and the prepared to immediate use forms);
• over 150 firms in Poland which use our knowledge;
• about 80 000 man-hours of trainings annually.

We lead the trainings in our own, fully equipped, air-conditioned, didactic halls or in working place. For administration responsible is professional workers team, who has in hand indispensable computer applications – REFA trainings administration system enabling full automation of REFA documents and information circulation.

REFA trainers are the graduates of pedagogical study in range of adults education. They
belong to chosen persons' group possessing REFA Bundesverband e. V. trainer license
