Compact training courses |
REFA compact training courses are brief training units introducing participants to production organisation, office organisation and employee management. Their goal is to prepare employees for generating and executing changes conducive to an increase in productivity, effectively improving administrative processes and improving their own effectiveness.
- Participants in such training acquire the skills of spotting wastage, thanks to which they can rationalise actions and accelerate jobs performed by employees
