Simulation play – Methods of planning processes and tasks in practice (PPS-S3) |
Simulation play is a training technique involving the simulation of a specific situation in which a participant can practice the skills acquired earlier during REFA training. It is one of the most effective methods of training, and combines elements of knowledge reinforcement and cooperation between players (participants), giving them the chance to try out new ideas and solutions, both good and bad.
You can try out the most innovative solutions and check what effects they have.
BENEFITS:
Participants analyse and optimise flow to eliminate material and time wastage, leading to a reduction of manufacturing costs.
Participants practice the application of methods and tools for planning the execution of orders and planning of resources based on a specific example, and expand their knowledge of the competences of specific departments and job positions identified during REFA training or in their places of work.
Competent employees, applying the methods they have learned for planning work and processes, contribute directly to an improvement in the punctuality of order execution, a reduction of costs, and quality improvement in their company.
This simulation play encourages participants to work both in teams and independently.
Through teamwork, the participants become familiar with the importance of issues related to the psychology of managing, cooperation between all those involved in processes in the production plant, and the correct selection of team members.
PARTICIPANTS:
This training is designed for managers, foremen, technologists, heads of production, employees in maintenance and materials management departments, and for other persons taking key decisions in a company. Simulation play is an excellent supplement to the basic REFA training courses.
We also welcome participation by experienced employees in production plants who want to refresh their knowledge in work organisation.
