The shaping of economic processes (IKP) |
In order to take decisions related to economic processes as a whole taking place in a company, one has to focus on added value and market demands. The main objective of one’s actions should be optimisation of processes, going beyond a single department or even company. You will find the tools essential for doing so during this seminar.

METHODOLOGY
The classes are dedicated partially to theory, discussion, exchange of experience, and expanding and mastering the participants’ knowledge through exercises, cross-sectional examples and games together with presentation of the results. Participants are provided with a complete set of training materials on the first day.

EXAMINATION
This exam may be taken by persons holding documents confirming that they have completed the following training: Psychology of managing, Project management, Personnel management, Cost Accounting, Productivity control, Shaping economic processes and Company management.
The examination comprises two sections: multiple choice, without access to training materials, and tasks. A member of REFA Darmstadt is invited to hold the exam.
CONFIRMATION DOCUMENT
Participants are awarded a German document showing they have completed the training, issued by REFA Bundesverband of Darmstadt, together with its Polish translation.
