Mentoring |
Mentoring as provided by the trainers of REFA Wielkopolska is aimed at helping in the development of competences among employees (participants of REFA training courses). This is used to supplement the training and relates to knowledge acquired by participants during the training. It may apply, for example, to the skill of standardising task time. The mentor and their skills constitute a model for emulating. By working together with the client company’s employee, the mentor watches over the correct execution of tasks, points out where improvement is essential, shows how to reach the goal, and assesses progress.
