Methods & tools for planning the execution of orders (PPS-S1)


Executing orders fulfilling a customer’s expectations means abiding by deadlines and cutting down flow time. This is achieved by implementing professional planning strategies.

This training is designed for the following:

  • medium level managerial staff
  • technologists
  • foremen  
  • employees in departments for production preparation, production planning, maintenance, supplies, cost calculation, logistics and quality management

Participants who complete the entire training and pass the exam are awarded a certificate for “Methods and tools of planning the execution of orders”.

Those who complete the training and pass the final exam are awarded a “Work Process Management” certificate.

The exam is open to participants who attended at least 80% of classes. It comprises a written section only, and participants are allowed to use their own training materials. Participants are entitled to one written or verbal re-sit of the exam.

Participants who only took part in only a selected portion of the training, and those who did not sit the exam or did not pass it, receive a document confirming participation in the course.  

Course participants are given a German document confirming completion of the training, issued by REFA Bundesverband of Darmstadt together with a Polish translation.
