Profiling

The profiling of training is an option available to you for tailoring class content to the needs of potential participants specified during a special procedure. The profiling processes begins with a visit to your company and talks with superiors and the HR department, and also involves a survey conducted among company staff. Following this, based on analysis of the information thus gathered, we present the programme for classes.

In the case of specialist training the profiling is broadened to cover an additional focus meeting with the training participants, thanks to which we are able to define precisely the areas in which there are specific training or consulting requirements. The material thus collected is then analysed by a working group, and a programme of classes and evaluation of the training is put together on the basis of their report.^
