OFFICE WORK ORGANISER
Fundamental to the optimum organisation of work is the checking of tasks, structures and processes as well as determining the time for executing tasks and the quantity of work done. This requires the training of specialists who, with the assistance of appropriate methods, will systematically investigate the organisation of work and put the best solutions into practice. The knowledge constituting the basis for rationalising work processes, via the usage of such as 5S, CIP and Lean Office, should also be accessible to employees carrying out routine tasks.

Participants receive a German document confirming their completion of the training, issued by REFA Bundesverband from Darmstad together with its Polish translation.
