Participants who complete the entire programme and pass the exam are awarded a “Quality planning and steering” certificate.
The exam is open to participants who attended at least 80% of classes. It comprises a written section only, and participants are allowed to use their own training materials. Participants are entitled to one written or verbal re-sit of the exam.
Participants who only took part in only a selected portion of the training, and those who did not sit the exam or did not pass it, receive a document confirming participation in the course.
Course participants are given a German document confirming completion of the training, issued by REFA Bundesverband of Darmstadt together with a Polish translation.
