HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

Knowledge on the mechanisms behind human behaviour frequently defines the difference not only between an outstanding and a mediocre salesman or manager, but also between a person who is likeable and one people prefer to avoid.
This training covers the drawing up of solutions and equipping managerial staff with knowledge and skills in using the development potential of employees representing a variety of age groups, managing the development of employee careers, increasing employee mobility and greater organisational flexibility.
