Office work organiser
Fundamental to the optimum organisation of work is the checking of
tasks, structures and processes as well as determining the time for
executing tasks and the quantity of work done. This information
constitutes the basis for determining the demand for personnel, a
critical assessment of task execution, and also the creation and shaping
or change of job positions and organisational units. Administration is
dominated by personnel costs. Optimising the processes in administration
will depend upon the correct definition of demand for personnel, which
in turn derives from the determined times and quantities of tasks. Learn
about all these methods thanks to our training!
