Organisation Management |
Organisation management is determined by social transformations. On the one hand attention needs to be paid to the organisation of complex processes, while on the other one cannot forget about ensuring opportunities for continuous development.
Organisational measures must be coordinated with the units responsible for strategy, while the strategic goals frequently imply organisational changes.
Organisers in managerial positions have to know the strategic management models, and know how to assess, implement and use them. This is so above all in the management of projects, processes and quality.
