Statistic (QMA-S1)

High quality is expected not only of products and services. A producer’s or service provider’s organisation and the processes it carries out must also meet quality demands. For the desired quality to be achieved it is essential to introduce a quality management system – a system enabling the control and improvement of the quality of processes and technologists. Only qualified employees knowing the methods and tools for quality management, statistical analysis and the conducting of internal audits are capable of implementing a quality management system.

BENEFITS:

  • participants learn the tasks and tools of quality management, and can use them effectively
  • they get to know the goals and demands of process-oriented norms based on practical examples
  • increased competence in perfecting the quality of products and work processes
