Training

The goal of REFA is to improve the competitiveness and efficiency of production and service businesses through via growth in their productiveness as well as improvement in the conditions of work for their employees.

REFA runs training courses and provides consulting addressed to specialists and managerial staff, particularly in medium level management, in all areas of production and services. The uniform terminology used in REFA methodology in regard to business organisation facilitates the international transfer of know-how. Instruction at REFA is based on a modular structure of its training courses. This embraces over 300 modules, enabling the flexible tailoring of the training to the needs of institutions and their employees.

This methodology covers REFA’s traditional and continuously-updated knowledge, and the basic methods focus on optimising work processes as well as identifying and analysing operational data. These methods may be applied either separately or complementing one another, thereby enhancing their effectiveness. Applying the methods and tools contained in the REFA methodology enables work processes to be examined in a systematic and holistic manner. This makes it possible to analyse and optimise the entire value creation chain.

What makes REFA’s methodology specific is its neutrality. Before a particular method is included in the training programme, its content is always checked by experts at the Confederation of German Employers’ Associations (BDA) and experts at the German Confederation of Trade Unions (DGB).

Our experience to date indicates that our training course graduates are capable of increasing work efficiency by at least 5%; this covers both the course participants and their subordinates at work. This index may be many times higher, which is something we frequently witness.

The training conducted in Poland is of the same high standard as that organised in Germany and 23 other countries around the world.
