Work Measurement and Standardisation (NCP)

Work measurement and standardisation is the second stage in instructing Production Process Organisers, and supplements the Work process management training. It constitutes the basis for obtaining a Basic Training diploma. The methods and forms developed scrupulously for this enable work measurement methods to be tailored to any type of production.

Work measurement and standardisation training provides knowledge in the areas of:

• coherence and transparency of work processes
• he skill of recording and analysing task times
• preparation of data for time catalogues
• eliminating tasks recognised as superfluous
• shortening calculation preparation time
  

PARTICIPANTS:

Training participants should have at least secondary or vocational level education, plus a few years’ workplace experience. Our Work measurement and standardisation training is for:

• medium level managerial staff
• mployees in production preparation departments
• technologists
• foremen

Participants can choose to attend the entire training programme or selected thematic blocks.

Participants completing the entire training and passing the exam are awarded a “Work measurement and standardisation” certificate.

The exam is open to participants who attended at least 80% of classes. It comprises a written section only, and participants are allowed to use their own training materials. Participants are entitled to one written or verbal re-sit of the exam.

Participants who only took part in only a selected portion of the training, and those who did not sit the exam or did not pass it, receive a document confirming participation in the course.

Course participants are given a German document confirming completion of the training, issued by REFA Bundesverband of Darmstadt together with a Polish translation.
