Work process management (KSP) |
We begin instructing Organisers of production processes by imparting
knowledge related to the optimum shaping of work processes, eliminating
superfluous actions and as such shortening work task times. We use
REFA’s original procedure analysing employee activity, production means
and materials. We deal with the ergonomic design of work areas, work
load and how burdensome the work is, and we mould aspects of service. We
look for opportunities for increasing work effectiveness.
