Employees are a sufficiently critical factor behind any company’s success that personnel management has become an area in its own right. There is growing demand for the skill of solving conflicts between employees as well as between a plant’s workforce and board. Employee contracts, working hours and forms of wages are also constantly changing. Participation in this seminar provides you with the essential know-how in the broad area of personnel management.

METHODOLOGY
The classes are dedicated partially to theory, discussion, exchange of experience, and expanding and mastering the participants’ knowledge through exercises, cross-sectional examples and games together with presentation of the results. Participants are provided with a complete set of training materials on the first day.

EXAMINATION
This exam may be taken by persons holding documents confirming that they have completed the following training: Psychology of managing, Project management, Personnel management, Cost Accounting, Productivity control, Shaping economic processes and Company management.
The examination comprises two sections: multiple choice, without access to training materials, and tasks. A member of REFA Darmstadt is invited to hold the exam.
CONFIRMATION DOCUMENT
Participants are awarded a German document showing they have completed the training, issued by REFA Bundesverband of Darmstadt, together with its Polish translation.
