Training for trainers

The purpose of REFA training for trainers is to provide the knowledge essential for a trainer to run a course tailored in content and form to specific types of course participants.

• during this training you learn skills and check the skills you already have
• by participating in course observation you see the practical side of a trainer’s job. You can run a fragment of the training yourself: present a theory, or conduct an exercise!
• you work on improving your own skills – the exam comprises a presentation of your own training abilities before a REFA committee
• holding a REFA trainer diploma guarantees you access to REFA knowledge, as well as exchange of experience with other trainers and above all with people attending REFA courses from a variety of sectors of industry and administration
